Ferraiuoli’s intellectual property practice is unique in Puerto Rico. We are the only locally based firm to have a dedicated, full-service IP department and the leading IP law firm on the island. Our practice is innovative, trend setting and an integral part of who we are and what we do.
The firm was founded and is led by the first Puerto Rican U.S. patent attorney to practice on the island: Eugenio J. Torres-Oyola. Three of our partners are law school professors of intellectual property.
