Overview

Our Distribution and Franchising Group has members from the Corporate, Labor and Employment, Intellectual Property, and Tax Practices who provide substantial experience in mergers, acquisitions, tax planning, corporate compliance, intellectual property, labor and employment issues, and governance and regulatory issues.

The Group’s litigation component draws knowledge from the other practices and provides representation in contract negotiation and dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. Our litigation and trial experience includes handling controversies related to franchise and dealership terminations, product distribution, corporate and real estate disputes.
