Yolisamar Vázquez Delgado is a Paralegal with the firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property practices. Yolisamar works very closely with the firm’s administrative partner and head of the Intellectual Property Department primarily focusing on Intellectual Property matters with an emphasis on patent prosecution, US filings, PCT and international filings as well as patent infringement litigation cases.
Yolisamar is a solutions-focused, motivated professional with comprehensive paralegal skills providing legal support and administrative assistance. She has the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while working under pressure in Ferraiuoli’s fast-paced and deadline-driven environment and is known for her keen interpersonal skills when engaging with a broad population including, senior management, attorneys, judges, staff and clients. Yolisamar’s impeccable reputation for maintaining confidentiality, problem solving abilities, work ethic and analytical skills has made her an invaluable member of Ferraiuoli’s team since 2008.
Yolisamar also has collaborated with the firms’ marketing team by coordinating logistics for client events and business cocktail receptions in Puerto Rico, mainland US and internationally. Prior to joining Ferraiuoli, she worked at a small law firm with a main focus in construction law. Her duties included, scheduling meetings with clients, document management and working with The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Software Program to prepare new and make changes to existing construction contracts.
