Get to know Verónica
Verónica M. Nolla Schell joined Ferraiuoli in June 2023 as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the legal department of the Puerto Rico Fiscal Agency and Financial Advisory Authority, where she also served as Assistant Secretary to various government agencies’ boards of directors.
During law school, Verónica gained practical experience across several legal specialties, working as a law clerk in other firms located in the San Juan area. She also served as a judicial clerk at the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, assisting the late Honorable Judge Juan Pérez-Giménez.
At Ferraiuoli, Verónica focuses on assisting clients in matters of corporate governance, banking and financial services regulations, private equity, securities, and other corporate-related matters.
