Verónica M. Nolla Schell joined Ferraiuoli in June 2023 as an Associate for the firm’s Corporate Department. Prior to joining the firm, Verónica worked at the Puerto Rico Fiscal Agency and Financial Advisory Authority in their Legal Department and as Assistant Secretary for various Bords of Director. During her time in law school, she worked as a law clerk in other firms in the San Juan area where she acquired practical experience and exposure to different specialties in the legal profession and also served as a judicial clerk at the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, assisting the late Honorable Judge Juan Pérez-Giménez.
At Ferraiuoli, Verónica focuses on assisting clients with matters related to corporate governance, financial institutions and private equity regulation, and other corporate related matters.
