Tomás F. Blanco Pérez joined Ferraiuoli LLC in March 2022 as a Senior Associate for the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. Tomás concentrates his practice in commercial insolvency and bankruptcy litigation matters. He is also experienced in general corporate matters, including the organization of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures, the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts, corporate governance, and counseling. Tomás uses his restructuring and corporate and commercial experience to assist clients involved in complex financial restructuring proceedings. He has extensive experience in corporate and municipal bankruptcy-related matters, and has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, bondholders, directors and officers, and other parties-in-interest in numerous bankruptcy proceedings.
Prior to entering private practice, Tomás served as Law Clerk to Hon. Brian K. Tester (Ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico and subsequently served as Law Clerk to Hon. Janet E. Bostwick of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.
