Tatyanna M. Otero Delgado joined Ferraiuoli LLC in November 2024 as a Senior Associate in the Tax Department. Prior to joining Ferraiuoli, Tatyanna gained five years of experience at a big four CPA firm, where she worked on federal tax compliance for private equity companies in the competitive New York market. She then spent three and a half years at a local law firm, working in the preparation of Puerto Rico and U.S. tax returns for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, corporations, and trust as well as corporate matters. Tatyanna has experience in general tax compliance, tax decrees under act 60, tax return preparations and representing and assisting clients before government agencies such as the IRS and the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury.
