Why Ferraiuoli?
I practice at Ferraiuoli because it is a dynamic and challenging environment that has allowed me to develop practical and substantive legal skills, while simultaneously developing my legal acumen. Since our varied professional engagements present me with constant new challenges, I have been able to continually grow as an IP attorney by gaining invaluable experience in copyrights, trademarks, and patents, among other things.
What to you find most rewarding?
The most rewarding part of my practice is having the opportunity to interact hands-on with clients seeking to protect their intellectual property, particularly inventors and other innovators looking to safeguard their work. Additionally, the teamwork and camaraderie that pervades the professional environment at Ferraiuoli make it a pleasure to work here.
Looking forward, what do you see?
Given the highly litigious environment developing among companies and individuals over their Intellectual Property, I believe that more clients will begin to seek our advice for prospective protection. We work hard to increase awareness of IP issues to our clients, entrepreneurs and the general public so they can prevent costly losses to their businesses.
