Paola Sagardía-Rodríguez joined the firm in October 2020 as an associate in the Commercial Real Estate and Notarial Practice and Corporate Practice Groups.
While in law school, Paola participated in Ferraiuoli’s Summer Program in 2018 and 2019 and also continued to work as a law clerk.
During her last year of law school, she served as a judicial law clerk at the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico assisting the Honorable Associate Judge Luis F. Estrella Martínez. She also served as a research assistant for Tax Law to professor Carlos Díaz Olivo.
Paola earned the second highest grade during the September 2020 Puerto Rico Bar Examination.
Her main areas of practice include real estate, commercial lending, secured transactions, workout agreements and general corporate matters.
