Luis G. Parrilla-Hernández

Luis G. Parrilla-Hernandez is a Senior Member of Ferraiuoli and Vice-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. His principal areas of practice include commercial foreclosure and civil litigation. Luis has developed extensive litigation experience in residential and commercial foreclosure, torts and Petroleum Marketing Practices Act (PMPA) in state and federal judicial court systems.

He is also a Notary Public.

Prior to joining Ferraiuoli, Luis worked as an Associate Attorney for Sepulvado & Maldonado, LLP and Sergio A. Ramírez de Arellano Law Offices.

Why do your clients come to you?

Clients come to me seeking advice regarding collection of monies, residential and commercial foreclosures, construction loans and all types of heavy commercial litigation, in appellate proceedings and judicial proceedings to reproduce and cancel lost mortgage notes. I work closely with bank officers and investors in order to recover their credit and/or investments in an efficient manner.

What do you find most rewarding?

Sharing news about my accomplishments with my wife, family and friends and knowing that our clients are satisfied with my work and efforts to help them reach their goals.
