Get to know Katerina
Katerina Fleming Maestre serves as an Associate in our Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use Practice Group with the Corporate Practice Group at Ferraiuoli. She joined the Ferraiuoli team in 2021 while in her second year of law school at the University of Puerto Rico, initially as a Semester Law Clerk, showing true commitment to the firm by later taking on the role of associate upon graduation. In her capacity as a law clerk, Katerina supported attorneys within the Corporate Practice Group assisting in general real estate and corporate matters.

What do you find most rewarding?
The most rewarding aspect of my work is experiencing the culmination of a deal when all the parties involved, including myself, share a sense of accomplishment for the job well done. It’s not just about the successful closure of a project; it’s about the shared joy and enthusiasm that permeates the team.
