Why do your clients come to you?

Clients reach out to me for clever, cost-efficient, and practical legal advice and solutions.  I come to the table prepared with a good understanding of their industry, history, and nuances in order to develop and implement an intelligent litigation strategy.  Clients appreciate my responsiveness, prompt attention to their communications, and diligence in keeping them adequately informed of the status of their matters.  I do my best to discuss legal and/or technical matters with clients in layman’s terms and take the time to explain them well.  Based on my experience and strong work ethic, clients trust my professional judgment to do what needs to be done every step of the way to achieve their goals.

What is your primary focus?

My primary focus in each case is to understand and achieve the client’s business objectives.  That requires knowing the client’s business, its industry, and the willingness to think inside and outside the box in order to achieve the client’s goals.  Litigation is sometimes inevitable, even to the most diligent and careful of clients.  When engaging in litigation or any alternate dispute resolution method, I strive for practical business solutions to resolve the legal issues in an efficient and effective manner to achieve the outcomes clients want and need.  Regardless of the industry or subject matter involved, success comes with hard work, smart legal analysis and, most importantly, common sense.
