Pedro I. Torres-Crespí is a Senior Associate in our Labor & Employment Department. Pedro advises and represents employers in all aspects of Labor and Employment law, providing strategic counsel on workplace policies, compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution. His practice focuses on helping businesses navigate the complexities of employment regulations while implementing policies that foster legally sound, efficient, and productive work environments.
He assists employers in developing and enforcing workplace policies, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws, and mitigating potential legal risks. He provides guidance on employee relations, internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and workforce restructuring, always aiming to align employment practices with business objectives while minimizing exposure to litigation.
In addition to his advisory role, Pedro defends employers in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, handling claims related to wrongful termination, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, and discrimination. He works closely with businesses to develop strategic, results-oriented legal solutions that protect employers’ interests while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.
Pedro’s approach to labor and employment matters is both proactive and solution-driven, identifying potential legal challenges and assisting clients in developing comprehensive strategies to address them effectively. Whether providing day-to-day legal guidance, assisting with compliance audits, or representing employers in litigation, his practice is centered on helping businesses create stable, legally compliant workplaces that promote fairness and operational success.
