Why do your clients come to you?

Early on I developed a specific interest in the labor and employment field. This clear objective drove me to acquire private practice experience in the area during my first years of professional development. Shortly thereafter, I supported non-labor, solo practitioners by providing practical and effective legal solutions on compliance, personnel management and employment-related claims. We strategically traced the appropriate courses to follow to achieve cost-effective and desired outcomes always promoting the client’s best interest.  Such background allows me to deal with matters entrusted to me based on actual experience of the day to day practice of law, understanding the importance of our role as attorneys and the impact of our advice in the clients’ businesses.

What do you find most rewarding?

Being able to exceed client’s expectations as part of a team where every member adds value and plays a significant role in obtaining the most rewarding result of all: total client satisfaction. There’s no better feeling than knowing that your legal advice contributed to the client’s success and helped maintain the business on track toward accomplishing its objectives.
