Why do your clients come to you?
Part of the job of a litigation attorney is to try to find constructive solutions that meet our client’s needs. This can take the form of furnishing advice to prevent future litigation or assisting with extrajudicial claims and settlements. I provide practical alternatives for them to consider when seeking resolution to their claims or issues and am always focused on obtaining cost effective results that meet their objectives.
What do you find most rewarding?
It is most rewarding when I have met my client’s needs by obtaining a favorable result in Court or have found feasible extrajudicial alternatives that are consistent with their business goals and know that they are extremely satisfied with my performance.
