Daniel J. López Torrado is an Associate for the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group. Prior to joining Ferraiuoli, Daniel Interned at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico under the Hon. Judge Enrique Lamoutte Inclán, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico under the Hon. Judge Silvia Carreño-Coll.
Daniel focuses on representing creditors in bankruptcy and financial restructuring. His background in finance and experience in Federal Courts bring the expertise necessary for the complex financial litigations creditors face.
