Carolina Betancourt Pérez joined Ferraiuoli in October 2025 as an Associate in the Intellectual Property Group.
Carolina participated in Ferraiuoli’s Summer and Semester Programs in 2024 and 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Law Clerk at a cybersecurity business in Puerto Rico.
During her Juris Doctor studies, Carolina was actively involved in Proyecto ENLACE, a Pro Bono program that connects law students with public school communities to promote legal empowerment through education, guidance, and civic engagement. Carolina earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2025. She also holds a Master’s in Human Rights from the Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain (2022), and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and double minors in Finance and Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Bryant University (2021).
At Ferraiuoli, Carolina assists clients across a variety of intellectual property matters, including trademark prosecution and enforcement, copyright counseling, technology and creative services agreements. She also supports clients in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts, particularly those involving intellectual property, entertainment, and digital platforms.
