In sum, because I have the ability to advise them from beginning to end and execute.

On the economic development side, I develop the initial strategy and approach in presenting projects to government officials, identifying applicable incentives, negotiating tax grants and related agreements, and targeting ideal manufacturing or required facilities.

On the M&A side, I project-manage a transaction from day one, negotiating LOIs, overseeing due diligence, and drafting acquisition agreements and closing documents.

What do you find most rewarding?

Brainstorming with a client and discussing alternate courses of action on day one, completing milestones along the way, and bringing projects to fruition to their complete satisfaction, whether in the form of groundbreaking ceremonies, approved tax grants, executed agreements or closed transactions.
