Becky M. López-Freytes is Special Counsel with the firm and practices with the Corporate and Commercial Real Estate and Notarial Practice Groups. Her main areas of practice are real estate and corporate law as well as banking and regulatory law. Becky has experience in general corporate matters such as:
- assisting entities with the establishment of their operations locally and abroad
- organization of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships

- contract negotiation and review
Before joining Ferraiuoli, Becky worked as Vice-President and Assistant General Counsel for a publicly traded financial institution for over 5 years and she also worked as a law clerk at various metro area law firms as well as for the Federal District Court.
