Get to know ARIANA

Ariana I. Vega Vargas first joined Ferraiuoli in the summer of 2022 through the firm’s Summer Associates Program, where she deepened her interest in Intellectual Property law. She continued honing her skills through the Semester Program until completing her J.D. in December 2024 and officially joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in April 2025. At Ferraiuoli, Ariana advises clients on matters involving trademark prosecution, copyright protection, licensing, and entertainment law. Her practice also includes interests in data privacy and contractual law, allowing her to approach legal challenges with a multidisciplinary lens rooted in creativity, technology, and innovation.

Prior to joining Ferraiuoli, Ariana gained valuable experience in copyright law while working in the publishing industry and engaged in legal efforts promoting public access to government information through the Inter American University’s legal clinic Acceso a la Información. She also provides pro bono legal assistance through the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV), supporting survivors via the Women’s Law Hotline.

Drawing from a background that spans the humanities, international legal studies, and intellectual property, Ariana offers a well-rounded and insightful approach to her work with clients across creative and emerging industries.
