Sonia Colón, Esq. Speaker at the Ibero-American Institute of Bankruptcy Law
The academic committee of the Ibero-American Institute of Bankruptcy Law (IIDC) has invited Sonia Colón to be a speaker at the IIDC Congress to be held on September 15 and 16, 2021.
She will be on a panel with Judge Edward Godoy, Gerardo A. Carlo-Altieri, Leyza Blanco from Sequor Law, and Juan Luis Goldemberg from University of Chile. The panel will discuss developments in chapter 15 cases, and an analysis of various chapter 11 cases filed by international companies in the U.S., especially in the airline sector.
