Esq., Capital Member of the Labor and Employment practice, will be a speaker at the seminar: Realidad 2017: Las Políticas Empresariales que no Pensastes Necesarias hosted by the Committee of Employers of Employment Service, Inc., Region of Carolina (Comité de Patronos de Servicio de Empleo, Inc. Región de Carolina). In her presentation, she will discuss the reasons why employers must review their employees’ manual and policies in order to adapt these policies to the latest developments in labor and employment law including the medical cannabis employee, body piercing and tattoos, and the transgender employee. This event will be held on February 8, 2017 at Multinational Insurance Building, 510 Luis Muñoz Rivera Ave., Hato Rey commencing at 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
