This course will present the fundamentals of alternative methods of conflict resolution and mediation, particularly its application in the workplace. Will present the public policy of Puerto Rico concerning mediation and will guide the Law professional on when is best to use this strategy. Through a discussion on the differences between trial and mediation, the course aims to provide a new understanding of the role of the lawyer during mediation.
The course will be presented by the Attorney Nani Marchand Sánchez, Esq. on Thursday March 10, 2016 at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, Class Room BN-228. The course will be from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
