Gustavo A. Chico-Barris, Esq. Speaker at Second Insurance Congress: Catastrophic Risks, Hurricanes and Earthquakes
The Continuing Legal Education Program of the University of Puerto Rico School of Law (UPR) will hold a Second Insurance Congress: Catastrophic, Hurricane and Earthquake Risks, for lawyers and insurance practitioners in Puerto Rico. The event will be held from Thursday 11 through Saturday March 13, 2021, via Zoom.
Ferraiuoli’s Senior Member, Gustavo A. Chico-Barris, Esq. will be a panelist on the second Panel: Rehabilitation under Federal Bankruptcy Law and the Puerto Rico Insurance Code. The panel will discuss the business rehabilitation process under the Federal Bankruptcy Law.
