8th Annual Patent & Administrative Law Conference
On March 15, 2018 attorney Víctor Rodríguez-Reyes from Ferraiuoli’s Intellectual Property practice group, participated in the 8th Annual Patent & Administrative Law Conference, hosted by Unified Patents and the Federal Circuit Bar Association, held at American University, Washington College of Law in Washington D.C..
Rodríguez was part of the panel composed of representatives from Ropes & Gray, Intel Corporation, Microsoft Corporation, and Aptiv, discussing The PTAB and Public Interest, current trends, and the potential impact of the Supreme Court’s decision in Oil States Energy Services v. Greene’s Energy Group.
