Laura M. Torres González is a member at Ferraiuoli LLC, focusing on the areas of trust and estate planning for individuals and corporations.
Prior to joining Ferraiuoli LLC, Laura worked for ten years in the Division of Wealth Management of Banco Popular, in its beginnings as a Financial Planner for clients of the institution, guiding them in tax matters, independence finance, asset protection, investments, succession planning and succession of businesses. In her last five years she served as Senior Wealth Advisor integrating financial planning with banking matters for senior clients purchasing power of the institution. During these years at Popular she served as a speaker on financial planning and succession planning topics. She wrote articles for different newspapers in the country, including “blogs” and participated in interviews for local radio stations and television.
At the beginning of her professional career, she worked as a tax consultant for individuals for the accounting firm Price Waterhouse Coopers. Laura also has a background in administrative law since she worked for the Appellate Commission of the Human Resources Administration resolving labor disputes between government employees, agencies, and municipalities.
