Gerardo M. Santiago Rodríguez is a Member for the firm’s Tax Law Practice Group, while also collaborating for the Corporate Group. A Certified Public Accountant since 2015, and a tax advisor since 2016, Gerardo has dedicated his career to providing tax consulting to sophisticated corporate clients and high net-worth individuals. Through thorough research of the United States and Puerto Rico tax laws, as well as detailed implementation of corporate structures that operate in a tax efficient manner, Gerardo has advised, designed, implemented, and provided recurrent tax consultation to some of Puerto Rico’s leading companies.
Prior to joining Ferraiuoli, Gerardo contributed to the Tax Advisory Division of RSM Puerto Rico as a Manager. During the year 2018, Gerardo collaborated with the design and execution of such division, which he led since its inception during January 2019. During his time at RSM, Gerardo provided tax advisory and consulting to multinational corporations, high net-worth individuals and expatriates. Gerardo also consulted clients on United States and Puerto Rico tax filings and declarations for compliance purposes, employment taxes, and other tax matters.
