Claudia B. Fontanet-Rodríguez is an Associate for the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. During law school, she was part of the Litigation Team and the Innocence Project, as well as Teaching Assistant for the course of Constitutional Law to Prof. Esther Vicente. Additionally, she was Editor in Chief of the Law Review and due to her law review article Gender Identity in Sports: Transgender Women, she has been invited as guest speaker to give several lectures on gender and sports and has written several articles on the topic. Before Ferraiuoli, she served as a law clerk for the Hon. Ángel Colón Pérez, Associate Justice for the Puerto Rico Supreme Court.
