Eduardo Lopez-Cepero Aparicio joined Ferraiuoli LLC in October 2021 as an Associate Attorney for the Tax & Employee Benefits Department. Before joining the firm, Eduardo worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP as a Senior Associate as part of the Tax Department for four years where he assisted clients in a variety of tax matter especially in the asset & wealth management industry helping with financial planning, consulting, and tax compliance on a variety of Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Pass-Through entities. At Ferraiuoli, Eduardo focuses on assisting clients with requesting and obtaining tax exemptions decrees, tax planning, establishing beneficial business structures, resolving tax controversies before different federal and local agencies, as well as some employee benefits & ERISA Matters.
